Today it's my angel fluffball's Lugh found-day.

I found him on August 3d, 2001, under a bush in a local square grooming himself. He was a scrawny little kitten, dirty, sneezing green goo, but with the easiest purr and the biggest heart of all. Very often, he climbs on the bed and sleeps on my head, purring, and that's the best sleep I've ever had. ( Read more... )

Around this time of year, back in 2003, I followed a desperate mew in an abandoned basement and found a small, hungry, ringworm-ridden, tuxedo brat of a kitten.

Three years later, Sylvester is a gorgeous semi-longhaired tomcat, and still a brat.

I searched last year's entries and I found out that Luna came in my life on July 14th last year. She was about 6-8 weeks old then, so that makes my little white girl one year old!

Two years ago, on October 28th, my kitty Katsunalupa came to my life. So on Friday we'll have a party for her. Everyone's invited! (Bring gifts). Formal dress not required, save for tuxedo cats. We'll have fun and games, like hairball-hacking contests and "shred that curtain".
